• Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, as long as your check-in is at least 14 days away.
• Receive a 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
• Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Long-term cancellation policies for monthly stays

• Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation is at least 28 days before check-in.
• If you cancel after this period, you'll be charged for all nights stayed plus the next 30 nights of your reservation.
• If fewer than 30 nights remain when you cancel, you'll be charged for all remaining nights.
